The Western is an old cafe in the style of a diner. And who doesn’t LOVE their slogan “Last Best Cafe”? Built in the mid 1870’s, this cafe has been mildly renovated but most of the structure you see today is what you would have seen in the turn of the century. If you’re looking for major nostalgia and a home cooked meal, this is the place to be. For the classic breakfast lover, this place has it all! Get lost in the biscuits and gravy or go for the classic ‘Bobcat Special,’ all in an environment where you feel like you’re surrounded by family. Bring kids because there is something for everyone! The little ones will be delighted by the pancakes in the shape of bunnies and fun characters with bacon hats! The Western has also won awards for their forward thinking with composting and water conservancy. 10/10 would recommend! (In case you get caught waiting for a table, check out Montana Angler, for all of your fly fishing needs, just a few shops down!)
