Real estate runs in our blood. Our mother and grandmother, Marylin Barker, was a real estate powerhouse in Dayton, OH, and the first woman president of the Dayton Area Board of Realtors. She built her career on hard work, integrity, and putting people first—values we carry on today.

Beth grew up watching her mom help people with life’s biggest decisions, and that same passion fuels her today. Kelsey, co-owner of Hooked Sushi in downtown Bozeman, expanded into real estate, bringing her business sense, hustle, and love for this community to the team.

In 2023, we joined Realty One Group Peak and launched Monnin Slye Real Estate, combining our strengths to offer clients an unbeatable experience. With cutting-edge marketing and deep local connections, we ensure your home stands out and your buying process is seamless.
